WHO WE ARE
We’re sisters, co-authors, and have been on a lifelong path of healing. Raised in the same family, with unique ways of moving through the world, we’ve each found our own approaches to wellbeing while sharing the same core values.
Our work is dedicated to healing through our many different modules including movement, bodywork, breathwork, food, and writing. We believe the most profound rituals are often the simplest—small, consistent practices that connects us to ourselves.
I’ve been learning and teaching yoga and breathwork for nearly 30 years — from Arsenal Football Club to pregnant women, from performers on the road to CEOs on the ropes, and from absolute beginners to devoted yogis. My approach has always been to meet people where they are.
In 2000, I helped launch triyoga in London and taught there until 2020. In 2009, I created one of the first Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Trainings, focused on helping women feel empowered and supported during that sacred transition.
In 2017, my sister and I published Self-Care for the Real World, followed by Rituals for Everyday — both now international bestsellers translated into multiple languages.
In 2022, I co-founded Love Supreme Projects, a space in London devoted to roots, joy, and community. A long-time student once called me “That Nadia,” because it seems there’s always someone who knows someone I’ve taught.
These days, I divide my time between London and Los Angeles, weaving everything I’ve lived, learned, and breathed into the classes and spaces I create.
I’m endlessly grateful for all my teachers and students — and for life, which keeps showing up with its wild, wise lessons.
I began working as a bodyworker nearly thirty years ago, offering hands-on healing through massage and therapeutic practices. Over time, I trained in techniques including NADA five-point ear acupuncture and TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises), and I am currently in training in Somatic Experiencing — all rooted in helping people release stress, regulate their nervous systems, and feel more grounded in themselves.
Later, I turned my attention to food, opening London’s first raw food café and discovering a new way to support wellbeing through nourishment. That journey led to the creation of Nectar Café, a space where food, community, and connection came together. Though the café eventually closed, it remains part of my path through the recipes and memories it left behind.
Alongside this work, my sister and I co-authored two international bestsellers, Self-Care for the Real World and Rituals for Everyday. These books share simple and thoughtful practices to help people slow down, reflect, and reconnect.
I also founded Phyto Nectars, a supplement brand inspired by the intelligence of plants and mushrooms, created to support vitality and balance from the inside out.
Whether through touch, nourishment, or everyday rituals, my work continues to be about helping people return to themselves and find small, meaningful moments of care in daily life.
