Gathering Glimmers is a four-module course created as a companion to our new book Glimmers.
It’s designed to help you gently weave the ideas in the book into your daily life. Not just as something to understand but as something to feel. The course offers a steady rhythm of videos, meditations, reflections and simple practices that help you reconnect with your nervous system and explore what truly brings you a sense of safety and connection.
Each of the four modules includes approximately one to four parts. It’s designed for you to explore at a gentle pace, one part per week. Each lesson takes about fifteen to twenty minutes. The idea is to do the practice, then carry it with you into your week and let it shape your experience in small, meaningful ways.
